FOUNDING DIRECTOR

Cormac is a founding Director in Everglynn Law with over 15 years of experience in dealing with Property Transactions.

Cormac qualified in 2014 after attending Queens University Belfast and NUI in Galway.

Cormac began his career in an international law firm Eversheds in Birmingham and has experience acting for individuals and businesses on a wide range of commercial property deals including acting on Bank panels in relation to secured lending transactions.

Cormac has also worked in the property team at Eversheds Sutherland, and Band Hatton Button LLP, a leading Warwickshire law firm.

DIRECTOR

Samantha holds a combined honours degree in Law with French from the University of Dundee. She qualified as a solicitor in 2014 after completing further studies at the College of Law, Manchester, and Queen's University Belfast.

Samantha has extensive knowledge of all aspects of employment law, representing both businesses and individuals. Her areas of expertise include absence management, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance issues, employment contracts, handbooks, and policies.

In recent years, Samantha has also developed significant expertise in handling residential property transactions.

Dhruvi has been a big part of the firm since May 2025. A proud LLB graduate from Coventry University, who brings a sharp legal mind and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate their property journey.

Dhruvi has supported numerous matters since joining us and continues to impress with her attention to detail, client care, and willingness to go above and beyond.

Nav has been an integral part of the firm since October 2025. Holding a First Class LLB and currently undertaking her LLM in preparation for the SQE, she brings both strong academic achievement and a clear commitment to her legal career.

Her positive energy, professionalism, and keen attention to detail make her an invaluable member of the team as the firm continues to grow and develop.
